By Powering the LLT100 heated window with the CMF160
ABB’s laser level transmitter LLT100 has revolutionized the industry by providing an economical and reliable contactless measurement of level, distance, and position over short and long ranges. Suitable for a wide range of industries and harsh environments (Zone 0/1), the laser level transmitter is often mounted away from the ground where it is not easily visible. This means that it is necessary to have a remote indicator for operators to easily see the level.
By pairing the LLT100 with ABB’s ControlMaster CMF160 indicator you can offer a complete solution to your customers. The CMF160’s versatility in installation (pipe-, panel-, or wall-mounting), and ability to loop power two LLT100s make it ideal for the job. In addition, the CMF160 can supply 24VDC to the LLT100’s optional heated window (required to prevent condensation) eliminating the requirement and cost of an external power supply
